Your system data is written to multiple disks in our cluster server under the control of our professional hosting partners Rackspace. In the unlikely event of a catastrophic failure, in other words, if the servers your system is hosted on goes up in a puff of smoke, you can be reassured that you will not have lost any data and our backup system will take over instantly.

Its both, you access it via the web and it is hosted on a secure server.
Where will my data be hosted?
Your data is hosted with our hosting partner rackspace in their data centres located in Slough and London.
How secure is my data?
Your data is securely hosted, our servers use hardware Cisco firewall's, each system is deployed with its own unique IP address and unique SSL certificate.
If we don't want to use eBoss anymore - will it cost me to get my data?
It's your data, there is no cost. We will deliver your data to you in a nominated format.
Can you customise eBoss for us?
Yes, we specialise in customising eBoss to match your work flow and practices.
How can eBoss drastically reduce my spam emails?
Our managed email system virtually eliminates all spam emails, you still use your outlook and eBoss mail system, plus a web access system branded to your corporate identity.
Will I be charged for any upgrade to the current release?
No, your subscription fee covers all upgrades and releases, we like to think of ourselves as your technical department, all you need is an internet connected browser, we do the rest.
Is a web site included with eBoss?
Yes, we supply optional web sites that integrate with the system and if you have your own we can integrate it for you. You can also avail of our FREE website with our Essential Package.
Do you offer a SMS service for contacting candidates? What is the cost of this?
The eBoss system has a FREE SMS Module additional costs are 9p per SMS text.

It's software as a service, your initial order is just beginning of our service, the system is monitored 24 hours a day and we offer live chat within the system and a comprehensive help desk packed with videos and tutorials if you need them and its all included in your subscription fee.
What are your payment terms and minimum period for renting your product?
Just cancel before your next billing date and pay no more. Of course if you are not happy with the system within the first 30 days we will cheerfully refund your subscription fee 100%. Our subscription fee is £39 per month per user.
