Configure your Bespoke Package

1. Enter your domain:

Enter the domain you wish to use for your bespoke database and website. This is how you will access your website and database, https://www.yourcompany.com, OR, if you want to keep your current domain name set up and still want branding, then choose a subdomain, for example https://database.yourdomain.com, our deployment team will contact you with the details you need to set it up. If you have not registered the domain, enter your chosen domain name and we shall register it on your behalf.

2. Select required user subscriptions

Choose the Number of Subscriptions you require, remember the 2nd User is always free

3. Select required Managed Mail Boxes

Premier, business-class email at £2.50/month. Using our email service guarantees integration with the database and allows you to avail of our unique email to notes functionality. Email to notes ensures that all your emails are stored on your candidates or clients notes automatically, no more copying and pasting. Aliases are FREE and UNLIMITED

Other Email Options

Use own Email You can use your own email accounts within our system to send emails within our system, if you have an IMAP facility - check with your providor

4. Select a Website Template*

The Bespoke Pro The Bespoke Pro is a beautifully designed template and with the help of our designers we can carefully craft the template to match your companies professional image and branding. Supply us with your Logo, choose some images and we'll do the rest. Our designers will consult with you to ensure we get it right. Use it on Job Ads, even use it to allow your Job Posting software to email your shortlisted CV's to your database. Email LinkedIn Profiles to this address, next time you log in, they'll be waiting for your approval.
Marketing Module £17.50/month Send Emails to 1000's of your candidates and clients using our Marketing Module. Utilising our dedicated mail server send targeted newsletters and other information. Instantly create subscribers lists to receive your message
Banner Design & Site Mockup £195.00 One of our designers will design a professional banner for your website and provide a mockup. This will enable our team to tailor the site to match your corporate branding. If you want you can upload your own banner to your website at no cost, simply upload via your online eBoss Database
