Free upgrades

At eBoss, any new features and upgrades to your system are available for you to use at no additional cost. You can choose whether or not to use the new features, simply by going to your settings and turning the feature on or off. We are constantly developing eBoss by listening to our customers and finding out what would be useful within the database to make your life easier.

Automation of Repetitive Tasks

Do you find yourself sending the same type of emails day in, day out? eBoss makes it easy. Just write the email once, save it in your system as a regular email, then send it to as many Candidates or Clients as you like. The recipient will receive a personalised email with their unique details entered. You can also schedule your marketing newsletters to be sent automatically to your selected Candidates and Clients, so you know it will be received at the date and time you specify. At eBoss we strive to make your life easier, so we know that having control over these repetitive daily, weekly or monthly tasks will help your business run as smoothly as possible.

 

Integrated SMS/EMAIL/VOIP

You can select to send an SMS direct from your database to individual Candidates or Clients, or to multiple Candidates and Clients. You can even schedule your SMS messages to be sent automatically at a specified date and time. With our intelligent integrated email system, manually copy and pasting emails is a thing of the past. With eBoss you can be assured that any emails received in your inbox from your Candidates and Clients will automatically be copy/pasted into the relevant file on your database. Likewise, any emails you send from eBoss will also be stored on your Candidate and Client files, ensuring you have a complete record of all email correspondence at the click of your mouse. eBoss is also integrated for VOIP, making phone calls quick and easy. To make a call from your eBoss database, simply click on the phone number of the Candidate or Client and use your favourite web based VOIP system to make that call.

Full Audit Trail

You no longer have to worry about recording every single event or update. eBoss automatically records and stores any changes, updates or events you do on every Candidate and Client file. If you make a phone call, send an email, schedule an interview, set a diary event for example, it's all automatically stored. If you have multiple users on your system , eBoss will even tell you who did it and the date and time it was done. You can even create reports to find out what was done by which consultant on what day.

 

Workflow Management

eBoss has a clever pipeline function and like many other aspects of the database it is 100% configurable. You can select which components of your pipeline you would like, to ensure the system suits your business perfectly. One click of your mouse will then bring up all of your Candidates at that particular stage of their application process. We also have the dashboard calendar which shows you at a glance, all the tasks scheduled in for the day. You can tick them off as they are completed and the system will let you know if anything is outstanding when you log in the following day. With the eBoss unlimited postcode search you can easily search for candidates who live within a certain radius of your vacancy. Likewise you can search for Clients who are located near your Candidate. Using the postcode search is fast and of course, searches are unlimited.

 

Data Backed up & Secure

You never need to worry about backing up your data as we also take care of that for you. You can trust eBoss to ensure your data is written to multiple disks in our cluster, backed up and stored for 2 weeks. So you have total peace of mind as your valuable data is safe and secure. Your data is only viewed on your browser via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate and it is protected by Cisco hardware firewalls utilising industry best practice policies and procedures. Of course, although we host your data it still belongs to you, and is available for you to download from your eBoss system at any time. Do you know of any other vendor that offers this?

 

Unlimited CV Parsing

You can add CV's to your database by uploading them direct or emailing them onto the system. The parser will read the uploaded file and automatically create a new record, eliminating the need for tedious data entry of your Candidates details. Candidates can also add their CV via your website if you choose this integration, saving you even more time. You can even migrate free to eBoss with batch uploads of your existing CV's. Our aim is to make your life easier, faster and more manageable and this is just one of the functions which make it possible.

 

Unlimited Data Storage

Each Candidate and Client file has its own document storage section. Here you can store different versions of their CV's, reference documents, and copies of identification documents, in fact whatever you need to keep on record. The document storage section for each Candidate and Client is unlimited. Upload as many documents as you need to. Not only that, but you can upload any format such as word documents, pdf's, jpegs. As the documents are then stored on our servers instead of your computer hard-drive they are accessible, if required, by any of your consultants and from any supported internet browser. It also means your hard drive is not jam packed with documents, taking up valuable storage space.

 

Current Data easily Migrated

We regularly help new clients move from other systems. All databases have a common format and we can help you easily supply us with the required data that we then populate your new database with. We also have a data-migration section within your database, allowing you to easily migrate future data directly onto your database.

 

Vacancy Management

eBoss makes it easy to effectively manage your vacancies. You can shortlist your candidates, submit them to multiple clients, with your CV version attached, or send them through for an interview. Everything will be recorded on both the candidate and client files. You can submit selected jobs to job boards through our selected partners and if you have website integration, you can post jobs directly onto your website.

 

No Minimum Contracts

We don't take hostages! Sign up for a month and stay as long as you like. Just let us know before your next billing date if you want to reduce your users or leave the service and that's it. You will receive no further invoices. You will be pleased to learn that we do not charge exit fees either. Do you know of any vendor who offers free migration when you leave? But don't worry, we are sure you will want to stay.

 

Diary & Event Management

You can easily manage all your candidate, client and contact events within the system. You can set reminders for events such as interviews and telephone calls to show on your diary. You can also schedule events for other members of your team. The system will also email you or your consultants a reminder when each such event is due.

 

Optional Web Site Integration

eBoss is more than a database system as we also specialise in optional extras. We offer a branded database system to your domain which includes all the management tools you will need along with managed email services. If you need a website we offer fully functioning bespoke templates for you to choose that are fully interactive with your database. We can integrate your database with your existing website, if you prefer. Our design team can of course offer bespoke design services, to ensure your website is tailored to your needs. Members Area

If you choose to have your database integrated with your website, or with a website designed by eBoss then you automatically have the members area feature available for your Candidates and Clients to use. This means that your Candidates can visit your website, log into their members area and apply for new positions, update their personal information, upload a new CV and much more. This feature also benefits your Clients, as they can log in to their members area via your website, upload a job specification and even view profiles of your best candidates. Of course, you have full control over what your Clients can and can't see in the members area and you can also easily see in your database the Candidate profiles your Clients have been viewing.

 

Marketing Module

We have an additional marketing module available for only £17.50 per month. This module allows you to create numerous newsletters which you can schedule to be sent to large targeted groups of Candidates and Clients. Once you have created your newsletter, all you need to do is schedule it to go immediately or at a specified date and time in the future and to a previously saved subscriber group of your choice.
