Software Sales Consultant - UK

The role:
This is an exciting opportunity to help to develop the market for our company’s already successful web recruitment software system and managed services. Specially designed to meet the needs of UK recruiters, our system is popular due to its unique usability and our ability to manage all aspects of a recruitment company’s online needs - we do the lot - web site, software, email, and much more. Our infrastructure is second to none and all our clients benefit from Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) to ensure their system is online, backed up, secure and fully functional.
eBoss Online Recruitment Solutions Ltd is now seeking a talented and highly motivated individual who can work from home to promote its software to the recruitment industry, and to develop a business and marketing strategy that will help maximise its significant potential.
The ideal candidate will have software sales experience and have a proven sales track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. We are seeking a self motivated candidate with drive and determination who wants to be a part of a rapidly expanding business at the cutting edge of its industry.
Responsibilities will include:
• To maintain existing customer relationships and build new customer relationships
• To work with the Managing Director to develop a business plan and marketing strategy
• Develop and close business to pre-defined targets
• Work closely with the Development Team to develop product demonstrations
• Qualifying opportunities, bidding, negotiating
• Develop and sustain close working relationships with key Customer Accounts
Qualifications & Experience:
• Ideally candidates should have direct sales experience in the software industry, we may consider a recruitment consultant who is keen to move into this area.
• It is essential that candidates are able to demonstrate excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with proven ability in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Candidates will have the ability to work alone as well as part of a team and will be able to contribute to trade events and seminars
Package:
Basic salary plus high commission level. OTE £40k+
